CADAFIS - BSA & CIM Software

BUILDING SECURITY ASSESSMENT & CRISIS INCIDENT MANAGEMENT
The US Dept. of Homeland Security has implemented a National Response Plan (NRP) and The National Incident Management System (NIMS) to coordinate all federal, local, institutional and private sector capabilities and resources into a unified, domestic, all-hazards incident management program. The CADAFIS software, BUILDING SECURITY ASSESSMENT (BSA) and CRISIS INCIDENT MANAGEMENT (CIM) are adapted to NRP / NIMS standards. The CADAFIS programs may be integrated with the users own programs to form a secure access, comprehensive all-hazards incident management program. CADAFIS provides installation, training and support for the BSA & CIM Software. Also, for CIM, on-site training in all-hazards incident procedures and drills. The major sections of each program are summarized below.
BSA
Sections of the BUILDING SECURITY ASSESSMENT (BSA) software
SECURITY DATA / AUDIT Records and Reports Observations & Deficiencies of Existing Site, Facility Equipment, Systems and Buildings. Reports Assets (Property, People, Equipment, Products) and Threats Against Assets. SECURITY MEASURES Reports and Recommends Measures, Cost Estimates & Priorities. Also used for Annual Budget Request. INCIDENT TRACKING Reports are made of Incidents, Locations and Times. Tracks Incidents from Problem Behavior to Crime. FINANCIAL ANALYSES Analyses are available to evaluate “What If” security system scenarios and determine Life Cycle Costs or Least Cost Combinations of Capital & Operations for each scenario. INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM
Provides a flexible framework for businesses, Fire, Police, Emg. Medical Services and Governmental Agencies to work together In all phases of Incident Management. Follows NIMS protocols.

CRISIS INCIDENT MANAGEMENT
Implements Training, Drills, Preparedness, Response, Mitigation, Recovery, Resource Deployment and Business Continuity Plan protocols for Crisis Incidents.

INCIDENT MGT. CAPABILITIES AUDIT & MEASURES
Used to identify Incident Management Capabilities. Prioritizes Required Improvement Measures. It is also used as an Annual Report to Inform Headquarters of Incident Management Progress and Status.
