Module are shown below. Reports that are marked by two
asterisks are typical of the roof software products and
are available for viewing. These reports are on a
secure access network and may not be copied. Please

ROOF LIFE CYCLE COST ANALYSIS REPORTS
*Cost Worksheet: contains analysis subject,
option number, option description, date and report number,
building and roof IDs. Also contains spaces in which
variable data is entered which are relevant to cost of
ownership of a roof over time.
*Life Cycle Cost Analyses Input Summary: contains
building and roof IDs, roof component, name of technician
that developed the analysis, the subject of the analysis,
option number and description and net expense present
value cumulative. Also contains summaries of the cost
worksheet, additional capital expense, repair costs,
professional consulting and preventative maintenance
costs.
*Life Cycle Cost Analyses (LCCA): this report is a
spreadsheet, which is produced automatically from the data
entered into the Cost Worksheet. A report is produced for
each option. The report contains the building and roof
ID's, technician, subject, option number and description.
The LCCA states the yearly net expense present value as
well as the cumulative net expense present value of all
costs associated with ownership of that subject roof. A
report is produced for each option.
